You may return most new, unworn and unwashed merchandise in its original packaging for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Review the details below carefully to understand our terms and conditions around refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Items Eligible for Return/Refund Most stock merchandise including bras, panties, lingerie sets, loungewear, robes, bodysuits and shapewear are eligible for return/refund as long as the following criteria are met:
- Item is in perfect, unworn condition with all tags attached
- Item has not been washed, soiled or damaged in any way
- All original packaging materials are included and undamaged
Items NOT Eligible for Return/Refund We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
- Items marked as Final Sale/Discounted/Clearance
- Merchandise that is worn, used, washed, or damaged
- Items missing tags, labels or original packaging
- Free gift(s) included with purchase
- Intimate apparel like stockings, garters and other hosiery – for hygiene reasons
- Swimwear with liners removed or visibly worn/tried on
- Customized or made-to-order lingerie
Return Procedure To initiate a return, simply log into your account on FashionExa.com and click on “My Returns” to begin the process. Follow the prompts to select the items, reason(s) for return, and shipping method.
We strongly recommend using a secure shipping service with tracking to return your items. FashionExa cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged return packages. Please pack the items carefully in the original shipping box or adequate outer packaging.
Be sure to fill out the return form provided and include it inside the package. Keep the return tracking slip as proof of return shipment until your refund has been processed.
Once your return package arrives at our processing facility, we will inspect the merchandise to confirm it meets our return policy criteria. As long as everything checks out, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refund Methods We aim to process refunds back to your original payment method whenever possible. For purchases made via credit/debit card, UPI or electronic bank transfer, the refund amount will be credited back to that same account.
For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be issued via UPI, bank transfer or PayTM wallet – your preference. You may also opt to have the refund amount issued as FashionExa store credit if you plan to place another order soon.
Please note, the refund amount will be equal to the actual merchandise cost, taxes and any delivery charges you initially paid – excluding any discounts or promotional credits applied.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning items to FashionExa unless the return was a result of our error. The delivery charges incurred on your original order are not refunded.
If you received an incorrect, defective or damaged item due to an error on our part, please contact us at support@fashionexa.com within 7 days. Include photos showing the issue, order details and we’ll gladly issue a replacement or refund, including delivery fees.
Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, simply return the original unwanted item following the return process. Once we receive the return, you may place a new order for the preferred replacement item. We’ll issue a refund so you’ll have the funds to make your exchange purchase.
