However, we understand that sometimes items may not be the perfect fit or meet your expectations once received. That’s why we offer a flexible refund policy to give you confidence when making a purchase.
Below are the terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges on FashionExa.com. We kindly ask that you review them carefully prior to placing an order.
Returns/Exchange Eligibility Most new, unworn and unwashed merchandise in original condition is eligible for a refund or exchange within 45 days of the delivery date. This includes all lingerie items like bras, panties, bodysuits, shapewear and sleepwear. Merchandise that is worn, washed, damaged, missing tags/labels, or without original packaging may not qualify for return/exchange.
Swimwear Returns For hygienic reasons, we can only accept returns on swimwear if the liners are intact and unworn. The swimsuit itself may be tried on briefly to evaluate fit and quality, but any visible wear, makeup or deodorant stains will render it ineligible.
Final Sale Items Clearance, sale and promotional items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless received defective or with missing pieces. Double check your size and item details before ordering final sale items.
Return Process To initiate a return or exchange, simply log into your FashionExa account, access your order details page, and click “Start a Return.” Follow the prompts to indicate the reason, select replacement items if you’d like an exchange, print your free return label, and ship the merchandise back to us.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. FashionExa cannot be held responsible for any returned merchandise that is delayed, lost or damaged by the carrier.
Once your return package arrives at our processing facility, we will inspect the item(s) to verify condition. As long as everything checks out, eligible merchandise will be refunded or exchanged accordingly within 10-14 business days.
Refund Methods Refunds are issued in the original form of payment whenever possible. So, if you paid via credit/debit card, the refund amount will be credited back to the same card. For PayPal or other payment types, we’ll refund the amount to your original method or provide a FashionExa site credit, your choice.
The refund value is calculated based on the purchase price paid plus any original shipping costs, excluding any discounts or promotions used at checkout. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Exchanges Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase order. So we’ll refund the purchase price of the original item(s) once received, and you’ll need to reorder your desired replacement items.
We strongly recommend using store credit instead of requesting an outright refund if you plan to place a new order shortly after. This avoids multiple transactions and potential payment delays. Just let us know if you’d like the refund issued as site credit.
Defective/Damaged Items If you receive an item that was damaged, flawed, or incorrect from what was ordered, please reach out to us directly at support@fashionexa.com within 10 days of delivery. Include photos showing the issue, along with your order number. We’ll do our best to send out a replacement item or issue a refund right away.
Shipping Fees The shipping fee paid for your original order will be refunded for all eligible returns. But customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless the return was a result of our error.
